Job Summary - Account Executive - AI Technology (Automotive)
Location: Remote
PureCars seeks a results-driven Account Executive to join our AI Client Experience Team. This role involves managing and growing our AI solutions within automotive dealer accounts across the US and Canada, acting as a strategic advisor and AI expert, translating data into insights, and driving product adoption and expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage post-sale AI client relationships, ensuring value delivery, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the client’s voice internally and as an external expert, providing strategic planning and product education.
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Conduct business reviews with dealership stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and ROI.
  • Educate clients on leveraging AI technology to enhance lead handling and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Occasional travel for on-site visits and presentations.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in automotive technology client roles, including CRM, digital marketing, or AI platforms.
  • Experience managing dealer relationships and working with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of dealership operations and lead generation.
  • Data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights.
  • Familiarity with online media channels and tools like Salesforce, Excel, and analytics dashboards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
