Job Summary

Responsible for developing territories and driving sales of Comcast Business strategic products and solutions in new markets. Responsible for acquiring and managing mid-market and enterprise, multi-location commercial customers through direct and partner channels. Designs and delivers live sales presentations to prospective clients, develops relationships with clients and the community, and positions the Comcast Business brand as a key component of the sales strategy, in alignment with Comcast's touchstones. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in selling complex solutions. Usually determines own work priorities.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Develops sales territory strategy, including identifying strategic partnerships, planning development, and cultivating local partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Generates new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Promotes and positions the Comcast brand within the territory.
  • Builds relationships and aligns with key GTM partners.
  • Creates and delivers face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Sells with goals of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Stays informed about the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast effectively.
  • Retains customers by ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining strong relationships for retention.
  • Works with internal teams to meet operational efficiencies and service levels.
  • Maintains accurate sales records and reports activities as required.
  • Attends customer meetings regularly and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Network Design, SDWAN, Network Security, MAN technologies, Ethernet, Internet Technologies, Voice Networks (including VoIP), Data Networking, Networking Protocols, Customer Premise Equipment, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery.
  • Exercises independent judgment and maintains punctual attendance, including working nights and weekends as necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
