What You Will Be Doing

This is your chance to build your own book of business and run a full life cycle recruiting desk while working with a great team of talented sales professionals. Use your own and manager-trained lead generation methodology with our top-shelf tools to bring in new clients. Source the best talent available with the help of our unique top-of-the-line proprietary systems. You will be the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates. This means you will have complete control over your desk and your earning potential.

What You Need for this Position

• Have 1+ years of B2B sales or 6 months recruiting experience
• College Degree (Preferred but not required)
• Have a love for people and building long-lasting relationships

• Resourceful and inquisitive by nature
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and utilize software platforms to execute email and drip marketing campaign ads
