Lago is a fast-growing recruiting company helping small businesses and growing enterprises hire top overseas talent. Our leadership team has built teams of over 200 people across the globe, and now we’re scaling hard.

Location: US Remote - Utah Preferred
On Target Earnings: $85K - $110K OTE

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building the full cycle sales process for Lago
  • Cold calling up to 100 businesses every day
  • Following up with 3 to 5 inbound leads per day
  • Closing 8 to 10 or more placements each month
  • Using Go High Level to manage your pipeline and automate follow-ups
  • Building simple SMS and email automation to speed up your outreach
  • Helping build and eventually lead a growing sales team

Requirements
