Job summary

Elara Caring in Valparaiso, IN is seeking an Account Executive to join our national home care sales team. You will drive new business with post-acute and DME referrals, build relationships with health care professionals, and demonstrate a competitive sales mindset to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.

• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Strong problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Interacts with health care professionals at all levels.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in Indiana.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as with teams
• Proven sales acumen with proven results
• Demonstrates a clear understanding of how the referral source decides and understands who the decision makers are
• Skilled in problem solving, providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
• Demonstrates a high confidence level to interact with health care professionals at all levels
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
• Demonstrates adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others
• You will need a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance under the laws of the state.
