Account Executive (B2B SaaS – Physical Security Sales)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, preference for Central or Eastern time zones)

The company is transforming how physical security professionals design, sell, and manage systems with our collaborative SaaS platform. We help system integrators and enterprises move from manual, paper-based surveys to modern, digital-first workflows that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and win more business.

We’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive (or Associate-level AE) to build and grow a book of business in the fast-growing physical security SaaS market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with integrator-side sales experience who wants to move into SaaS and accelerate their career.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify, develop, and close new B2B customers, primarily system integrators and enterprise end-users.
  • Execute discovery calls, product demos, and consultative sales to show ROI of SaaS adoption.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with 3–4× quota coverage through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospect → demo → negotiation → close → renewal/expansion.
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring high adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to optimize lead flow and customer outcomes.
  • Provide industry and customer feedback to help shape product roadmap and presentations.
  • Travel as needed to industry events, customer meetings, and training (approximately 10–15%).

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in physical security, system integration, or related technology industries.
  • Proven success hitting or exceeding quota in a solutions-based sales role.
  • Familiarity with industry tools like IPVM is a plus.
  • CRM experience required (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — you use data and process discipline to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
  • Experience with SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue models preferred.
  • Consultative, value-driven selling approach with the ability to communicate ROI.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated to grow a territory.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
