Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi X in the United States is seeking an Account Executive who partners with cross-functional teams to drive execution and client satisfaction. You will support briefs, budgets, timelines, and attend client meetings, while learning billing estimates and maintaining forecasts.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in digital marketing or similar, exceptional writing and communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

Job Description

Account Executives are a true partner to our internal cross functional teams. We're looking for people who are focused on the details and passionate about execution and love a collaborative environment where you will be supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, budgets, timelines, etc.)
• Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager to maintain the forecast.
• Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
• Assist the Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager in communicating with the internal/external team.
• Lead special assignments for Account Director, and other Account Leaders.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $60,040.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
