Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi Health is seeking an Account Executive to assist in the day-to-day management of assigned accounts within healthcare advertising. The role focuses on coordinating projects across multiple workstreams, supporting timelines, and maintaining client-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and a collaborative team player who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, working with Creative, Strategy, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Internship experience or up to 1 year in advertising, marketing, communications, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a client services/account management career path.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, brands, and marketplace dynamics
  • Help maintain clear communication between clients, agency teams, and external partners
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials

Overview

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
