Description

As an Account Executive, you'll work with new and existing clients to help them get the most out of our workplace solutions. Your main job is to increase sales and make sure customers are happy. You'll focus on growing business in your assigned area by keeping clients satisfied and finding new opportunities. You’ll report to the VP of Sales.

What you’ll do:

  • Build Relationships: Stay in touch with current customers and reach out to new ones.
  • Sell Services: Find new business, close sales, and hit your targets.
  • Team Up: Coordinate with operations and customer service to get things done smoothly.
  • Show and Tell: Give product demos, write up offers, and handle contract talks.
  • Stay Organized: Keep track of your work and client info in our system.
  • Keep Learning: Follow industry news and what competitors are doing.
  • Flexible Work: Work from home, with some travel and office time.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience:5+ years of sales experience in workplace solutions (office moving, systems furniture, project management, etc.).
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Personality: A natural networker with an outgoing attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Travel: Ability to travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
