Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities with both new and existing corporate customers
- Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account management and sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex, enterprise software sales
- Experience engaging C-suite executives and utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Ability to manage full-cycle sales processes and lead multi-stakeholder deals
- Strong understanding of AI applications in legal department operations
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
- Strong collaborative skills, particularly with marketing, product, and legal teams
