What will you be doing?

  • Manage & expand : Manage and expand Allen Edmonds’ volume and presence within the Luxury and Specialty markets, while remaining focus on budget expectations and strategic vision for Allen Edmonds’ premium positioning.
  • Identify opportunities: Identify new key retailer opportunities with successful placements from new accounts to strategically grow sold-to count. Ensure achievement of key account profitability objectives within owned tier. Interact with visits to both key accounts and Specialty tier to drive sell-thru, advocate for brand story, and train associates on brand POD.
  • Provide strategy: Ensure key marketing and product strategies are placed within account base for maximum brand awareness. Ongoing planning and analyzing business strategies to track towards growth targets
  • Brand partnership: Own brand presence at strategic trade shows as a means to grow tier of business. Operate as a brand ambassador within tier of business to champion brand strengths as an avenue for market share growth
  • Teamwork: Work with internal teams in Order Management, Finance, and Marketing to improve tier of business efficiency and positioning of brand.
  • Financial forecasting: Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Drive net sales and profitability through monitoring sales for trends, receipts, inventory and markdowns for accuracy and discrepancies with effective communication to accounts. Forecast returns, allowances and advertising funding, as needed, and manage accounts to budget.

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • SAP Experience preferred
