As a Software Sales Executive, you will take responsibility for driving new business across mid to small-sized insurance agents and brokers in the U.S. market. You will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and initial engagement through to negotiation and close — while building strong, long-term client relationships. Working closely with the wider sales and product teams, you will help shape solutions that address customer needs and deliver real value.
Identify, engage, and win new clients in the U.S. insurance agent and broker community.
Manage end-to-end enterprise software sales cycles.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide feedback from the market to support product development and strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring:
3+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience.
A successful track record selling into insurance agents and brokers in the U.S. market.
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and position software solutions effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
