The Role

This is not a maintain the book role. We want a hunter. Someone who lives for the chase, thrives on closing high-value deals, and knows how to turn conversations into contracts. You will be selling complex, custom software solutions to decision makers who demand proof, speed, and results. You bring the network, the persistence, and the negotiation skills. We bring the technical firepower to back every promise you make.

What You Will Do
  • Own the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract
  • Activate and expand your network to bring in qualified, high-value leads
  • Pitch and position PureLogics services as the clear choice for tech execution
  • Partner with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to tailor winning proposals
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Consistently exceed an annual 2M closed business target
What We Are Looking For
  • Three or more years in B2B sales at a services-oriented tech company, such as custom development, consulting, or IT services
  • A proven network of decision makers in tech, startups, or enterprise
  • A track record of closing multiple five to six-figure service contracts annually
  • Consultative selling skills that position you as the trusted advisor in the room
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in a fully remote environment
  • Understanding of software development processes and tech lifecycles is a plus
