Trane Technologies has an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive within our Life Science Solutions business. The role involves territory planning, strategic relationship management within healthcare, pharma, biotech, academic/research, CDMO customers, and OEM services. You will drive value creation, collaborate with internal teams, and focus on share gain and profitable revenue growth. Prospecting, pipeline management, and strategic projects are key responsibilities.
The candidate should be respected among high-level decision-makers in the life sciences industry as a trusted advisor, with the ability to clearly communicate Trane’s value proposition in the Life Sciences space.
This position is remote, with work performed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia.
Total target compensation ranges from $165K to $200K, including base salary and incentives. Actual pay depends on seniority, location, and merit.
