Sequifi is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to own full-cycle revenue in a fast-growing payroll/HR SaaS platform. You’ll close 3+ years of B2B SaaS deals with mid-market or enterprise scope and work directly with founders on pricing and strategy.
This role features uncapped commissions and a path to leadership as the company scales. You’ll engage across finance and operations buyers, craft tailored demos, and drive multi-stakeholder negotiations to close deals that shape the platform’s
Sequifi runs commissions, payroll, and HR for field sales organizations. We're hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to own full-cycle revenue in the verticals we know best: solar, pest control, HVAC, roofing, fiber, and mortgage.
This is not a seat where you inherit a territory and maintain it. You'll be selling a category-defining product into an industry that has been running payroll on spreadsheets for twenty years, and you'll have a direct line to the founders on pricing, product, and strategy.
Commission-based sales organizations are some of the hardest companies in America to run. Multi-level overrides, clawbacks, milestone-based payouts, 1099 and W-2 under one roof, reps who quit mid-cycle, and a comp plan that changes every quarter. Most of these companies are managing all of it in a spreadsheet that one person understands.
Sequifi replaces that with a single platform: commission engine, payroll, onboarding, HR, and payments, purpose-built for the commission economy.
Here's the part that matters when you're in a deal: our founder also runs a residential solar sales organization. This product was built by operators who lived the problem, not by a team that read about it in a market report. When a VP of Sales tells you their comp structure is too complicated for software, you'll have real answers, real numbers, and a team that has actually paid reps under that exact model.
You move fast, you ask for forgiveness more often than permission, and you'd rather own a number than be managed to one. You're comfortable in a company where the playbook is still being written, and where you get to write part of it.
Sequifi is early enough that the territory isn't picked over and the playbook isn't finished. The deals you close in your first six months will shape what we build, how we price it, and which verticals we go after next. You'll work directly with the founders and get answers in hours rather than quarters.
There's a real tradeoff. No SDR team is filling your calendar, and no enablement deck has an answer for every objection. You'll build a lot of that yourself and own it when it works.
