Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division in Heath, OH. This hunter role emphasizes prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of outside sales, a proven track record in acquiring new accounts, and comfort with cold calls and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years outside B2B sales (hunter role required).
• Proven success in new account acquisition.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license + ability to travel (up to 50%)
