Kelstar Insurance Agency is looking for a driven and confident Account Executive to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  2. Apply your prior experience in a start-up environment to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative company.
  3. Exhibit excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Work with senior management to identify & manage company risks that might prevent growth
  5. Identify & research opportunities in new & existing markets
  6. Create & manage a target list with regularly scheduled follow-ups
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team on necessary collateral
  8. Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, and client inquiries
  9. Generate leads and close new business opportunities
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and insurance regulations
  11. Work closely with underwriters and support staff to deliver excellent service
Qualifications:
  1. Self-discipline and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
  2. Ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively, and remain organized
  3. Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand and address client challenges
  4. Assertive, resilient, and excellent leadership & teamwork skills
  5. Previous experience in insurance sales or account management
