Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech–insurance leader, is seeking an Account Executive for the West Division. This role focuses on managing complex client portfolios, developing action plans, and collaborating with the sales team to grow and diversify client relationships.

Key qualifications include an active Property & Casualty license and 5+ years in Commercial Lines, with proficiency in Applied Epic and MS Office. On-site presence is preferred in Denver.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license required or in process.
  • 5+ years as Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar.
  • Experience with agency management software (Applied Epic) preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop action plans to reach client goals and identify upgrades.
  • Work with the sales team to acquire new clients.
  • Plan and deliver retention strategies for client relationships.
  • Prepare and market renewal submissions with sales and service teams.
  • Coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes and verify specifications.
  • Manage and service a Commercial Lines book of business.
  • Document activities in the agency management system.
  • Prepare clear proposals communicating marketing results to clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of expiration list items.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor account performance.
  • Comply with policies, workflows and E&O standards.

Job Summary

Account Executives perform more complex responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. They are responsible for developing action plans to reach client goals and suggest potential upgrades to grow or diversify client portfolio as well as working closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients. Significant professional experience in account management and/or sales is necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver retention plans that protect, grow, and diversify relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and market new and renewal submissions.in conjunction with sales and service team.
  • Work with insurance carriers to secure quotes and verify required specifications.
  • Continue to manage and service a Commercial Lines book of business.
  • Review and process various documents including policies, endorsements, and invoices.
  • Document all activities in the agency management system.
  • Prepare clear and concise proposals to effectively communicate marketing results with clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of expiration list items.
  • Coordinate resources, negotiate contracts and agreements, and monitor account performance.
  • Adhere to and comply with organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows.
  • Demonstrate effective and efficient quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance to comply with organization errors and omission standards.
  • Contributor to regional carrier relationships; ensuring professional interactions with operations.
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License.
  • Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software
  • Strong organizational skills- the ability to discern priority and initiative.
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong people skills
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, premiums, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Reasoning Skills: Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions and deal with a variety of variables furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Able to apply principles of insurance to various situations, demonstrating how a range of situations may be affected by the principles of insurance.
  • EPIC experience is a plus.
Education and Experience
  • Associate degree.
  • 5+ years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager or similar experience
  • CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.
Pay Details

The base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
