This role is responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting through close—while positioning Care Predictor’s AI-driven platform as a critical solution for improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.Additionally, we are expanding our sales efforts into the long-term care market. As part of this initiative, we will be testing a direct, in-person sales approach focused on Directors of Nursing and other key decision-makers within these facilities. Supporting and refining this go-to-market strategy will be an important part of the role's initial responsibilities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Sales OwnershipOwn the entire sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closeConduct consultative discovery to identify clinical, operational, and financial pain pointsDeliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to customer workflows and ROIPipeline Generation & ManagementBuild and maintain a strong pipeline through:Outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)Referral partner developmentIndustry networking and eventsMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or similar)Strategic SellingSell into behavioral health operators, healthcare systems, and executive stakeholdersNavigate multi-threaded deals with decision-makers (Clinical, Operations, Finance, Executive)Develop business cases demonstrating ROI, efficiency gains, and improved patient outcomesRevenue & PerformanceMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targetsTrack and report on:Pipeline coverage (3–5x quota)Conversion ratesSales cycle lengthAverage deal sizeCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing on campaigns and lead generationCollaborate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and expansion opportunitiesProvide feedback to Product team based on market insight.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (closing role required)Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotaExperience managing full sales cycle dealsStrong consultative and solution-based selling skillsExperience selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or adjacent markets preferredCRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Valid California Driver’s License required.Must pass a LiveScan criminal background check as required by licensing authorities.CPR & First Aid Certification required.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling AI, predictive analytics, or healthcare technology solutionsFamiliarity with:Behavioral health operationsRevenue cycle / census growth challengesClinical workflow optimizationExisting network within behavioral health or healthcare provider spaceRegulatory & Compliance Expectations:Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, including DHCS, DSS, and Joint Commission standards.Follow company policies on safety, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.Participate in audits, training, and continuous quality improvement efforts.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $90-120k Base + CommissionBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance401(k) Up to 6% Match (after 90 days)Life InsurancePaid Time OffCA Paid Sick LeaveADA & Equal Opportunity Statement:Alter Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
