Location: Remote - Chicago, IL or Bentonville, AK preferred

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the management and growth of our Walmart and TikTok US retail accounts. This role is crucial in driving sales, executing account strategies, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate understands retail fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Account Management:

• Support the Account Lead in executing retail sales strategies to drive growth and meet financial goals for Walmart and TikTok US.
• Analyze POS data, online performance, and promotional sales to identify opportunities and optimize results.
• Coordinate and evaluate account-specific promotions, proposals, and co-op agreements to maximize ROI and support budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Retail Operations & Execution

• Assist with item setup, ensuring SKUs are accurately onboarded and maintained.
• Manage online product pages, including content, assets, and compliance.
• Support promotional execution by maintaining calendars, submitting plans, and tracking effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of account needs.
• Organize launch calendars and ensure assets are ready for timely launches.
• Develop sell-in tools like decks and presentation packs for retailers.

Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination

• Partner with forecasting and supply planning teams to ensure demand planning and inventory alignment.
• Communicate inventory risks or shifts to resolve issues proactively.

Administrative & Reporting Support

• Handle ad hoc reports for retailers and leadership.
• Manage vendor income submissions and disputes.
• Coordinate assets with third-party vendors for retail presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years in account management, with Walmart experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Walmart tools and TikTok Shop is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
