What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact through account planning to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling complex enterprise software with revenue targets greater than $500M
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives using solution selling techniques
- Strong skills in managing full-cycle sales processes from prospecting to closing
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and driving change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- College degree preferred
- Deep understanding of AI and its application in improving legal department operations
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans
- Experience in collaborating with marketing, product, and legal teams to achieve shared goals
