About the Role: As an Account Executive, you’ll help lead sales efforts in the Latin Aerospace Market, supporting MROs, airlines, and aerospace manufacturers. This bilingual role (Spanish/English) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and who believes relationships, responsiveness, and results are key to long-term success. This is more than a sales role — it’s a launchpad for someone eager to grow, lead with value, and become part of a team that makes things possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Relationship Management:

  • Quoting, Order Processing, Purchasing, Administrative Workflow, ensure all Quality Standards are being met, and each step is executed with urgency and efficiency.
  • Shadow senior reps to learn client strategy and relationship-building
  • Conduct routine client follow-ups to ensure excellence in service

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Follow detailed sales plans to target key accounts and industries.
  • Proactively manage and maintain the sales pipeline, lead generation from Marketing & other departments, and closing deals.

Product Knowledge & Presentations:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • Research and analyze to understand Market & Industry Trends allowing us to Bring awareness to the team and collaborating teams to address the unique challenges of each client.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market demands, and opportunities for new offerings.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align sales strategies with broader company goals.

Reporting & Research Tracking:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and managing client relationships at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite – Pentagon experience is a plus.
