Kelstar Insurance Agency is looking for a driven and confident Account Executive to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Apply your prior experience in a start-up environment to thrive in our fast-paced, innovative company.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Working with senior management to identify & manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying & researching opportunities that come up in new & existing markets
  • Creating & managing a target list with regularly scheduled follow-ups
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on necessary collateral
  • Manage policy renewals, coverage changes, and client inquiries
  • Generate leads and close new business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and insurance regulations
  • Work closely with underwriters and support staff to deliver excellent service
Qualifications
  • Self-discipline and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
