The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Payments Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our embedded payment solution across our established client base. The role requires a highly motivated, self-starting, organized, and forward-thinking team member with experience selling Payment Processing solutions. Government experience is highly preferred. This is a fully remote position.

Job Duties Include:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Cultivate and close identified clients within local government agencies.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to position our advanced payment solution as the optimal choice.
  3. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  4. Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points, challenges, growth initiatives, and understand the client’s payments ecosystem.
  5. Analyze merchant statements, run profitability models, and develop pricing strategies.
  6. Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the key value propositions of our solutions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support.
  8. Collaborate across departments to source new ideas, solutions, or opportunities to enhance productivity and earnings.
  9. Build consensus on key initiatives across multiple company departments by working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  10. Perform all other duties as assigned.
