At PromoCentric, we help businesses build brand awareness by procuring and decorating products and managing online stores. We love what we do because of the creativity, pace, and joy of providing people with the promo items they love.

We're seeking an experienced Sales Professional to prospect, acquire new clients, and manage customer relationships. The role involves growing a starter book of business through prospecting and pipeline development. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-oriented, and results-driven, aiming to turn opportunities into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and value. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding our customer base, with a background in sales and customer service preferred. Promotional or Print Industry experience is a plus. Compensation starts at $50,000-$60,000 with unlimited commission potential, reaching $500,000 or more for top performers.

Note: Ideal candidates should be located in the Northeast US, preferably near Newmarket NH/Boston. Remote roles may be considered for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize industry memberships and leading software for efficiency and competitive pricing.
  • Leverage in-house capabilities like silk screen, embroidery, and laser engraving.
  • Communicate our program services including warehousing and webstores.
  • Create business plans to meet goals and quotas.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Present product concepts and samples to clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to foster customer loyalty.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their needs.
  • Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate agreements.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, preferably in the Promotional Products Industry.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, friendly, and polite demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset.

Desired Skills and Experience:
