Now, we’re bringing that mission to the U.S, and we’re looking for an Account Executive to help us make it happen!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead U.S. expansion by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Engage in consultative sales, listening to prospect needs and challenges, and aligning them with tailored SpeakUp solutions.
  • Navigate and connect with topics like whistleblowing, ethics, anti-corruption, privacy, and socio-political developments, becoming a trusted advisor—not just a vendor.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting through closing, collaborating closely with internal teams on delivery and success.
  • Leverage your existing network and market insight to jumpstart regional momentum.
  • Deliver feedback from the field to enhance our strategy, product offerings, and go-to-market efforts.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with 3–6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, compliance, legal tech, or ethics-related fields.
  • Passionate about social impact and creating safer, more transparent workplaces.
  • Deeply curious, articulate, and capable of making complex regulatory topics relatable and actionable.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, scale-up environment, while staying aligned with an international team.
  • Experienced in the U.S. market, with a valuable network across legal, HR, ESG, or compliance sectors.
