You will be responsible for generating a high-quality pipeline, navigating and closing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and building deep, long-term relationships that establish Simetrik's position in the West Coast US market.

Location: United States – West Coast

Success In This Role Means You
  • Consistently generate, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of Enterprise opportunities in the West Coast US market.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first contact through negotiation and signed contract, using a disciplined, methodical approach.
  • Position Simetrik as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for senior decision makers in banks, fintechs, and enterprise clients across the West Coast.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Delivery, Partnerships, and Marketing to unlock and accelerate deals.
  • Demonstrate measurable impact on pipeline velocity, new revenue, and the quality of deals.
Impact & Scope
  • Open and grow Simetrik's most important Enterprise accounts across the West Coast US region.
  • Leverage your market knowledge, network, and expertise to position Simetrik against global and US-based competitors in financial automation and reconciliation.
  • Influence Simetrik's go-to-market, pricing conversations, and account strategy on the West Coast as a leader in a core growth market.
  • Represent Simetrik in high-stakes conversations with C-level and senior leaders across finance and payments industries on the West Coast.
Expected Outcomes: 3-6 Month Milestones
First 30 days
  • Deeply understand Simetrik's product, value proposition, competitive landscape, and sales methodology.
  • Get onboarded on internal tools, processes, and CRM.
  • Map out key target segments, accounts, and initial entry points in the West Coast US market.
30 to 60 days
  • Develop and validate a clear go-to-market and territory strategy for the West Coast.
  • Build account plans for the top target accounts, identifying stakeholders and engagement hypotheses.
  • Begin sourcing and nurturing a healthy pipeline of opportunities on the West Coast.
60 to 90 days
  • Progress early opportunities into solutioning and proposal stages.
  • Demonstrate pipeline movement, clear action plans, and rigorous deal management.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams to drive our product and GTM forward.
In This Role, You Will
  • Own the full West Coast US enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, delivering a high-quality experience throughout the journey.
  • Build strong, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders (CFOs, Heads of Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) on the West Coast.
  • Design and execute account strategies balancing new business (hunting) and existing client expansion (farming).
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) with high CRM discipline (preferably Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Solutions to shape proposals and articulate Simetrik's value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts to maximize value for both Simetrik and West Coast clients.
  • Serve as a Simetrik ambassador in the West Coast market, gathering insights to inform our GTM and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles, driving alignment among technical, business, and executive decision makers.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts for long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth client handover and onboarding by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, continuously improving your strategy and execution.
Must Have
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, focusing on enterprise or upper mid-market clients.
  • Proven track record as a hunter, generating pipeline and closing complex SaaS, fintech, or payments deals.
