We have an excellent opportunity for an Account Director with a knack for helping top brands in high tech companies solve complex challenges. You will use your consulting experience in selling SaaS Solutions to help us expand our Connected Work offerings. LeapPoint has a People First culture, and we’re looking for a new team member to be a part of our growth and success. Note: This is a remote, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead strategic account planning to ensure success by effectively managing value perception, strategizing solution advancements, conducting business review assessments, understanding client adoption trends, growth, and expansion, and evaluating client’s work management maturity levels leveraging Connected Work framework and associated platforms.
  2. Provide cross-functional thought leadership to enterprises adopting Adobe creative, marketing, and document management SaaS solutions, including Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager.
  3. Help business leaders transform their business into modern enterprises that increase revenue, lower costs, automate processes, reduce cycle times, and increase innovation.
  4. Build trusted relationships with clients at multiple levels through empathy and understanding—users, champions, managers, business leaders, and executive sponsors—to increase revenue and sales opportunities.
  5. Identify cross-sell opportunities between partners to drive sourced deals.
  6. Build relationships with Partner Sales Leadership and Partner Account Executives/Specialists/ADs to align LeapPoint's GTM messaging with channel partner customer strategies.
  7. Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their challenges, priorities, and business objectives.
Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years of related business and consulting experience selling customized SaaS solutions/DAM experience at a top SaaS/consulting/technology services firm.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in identifying potential sales, conducting pre-sales calls, delivering customized presentations, creating proposals, and providing subject-matter expertise on SaaS solutions.
  3. Consultative selling approach with the ability to “whiteboard” solutions to meet client challenges.
  4. Experience in identifying, nurturing, developing, and winning new business opportunities through channel partnerships.
  5. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for success.
  6. Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, demonstrating executive presence.
  7. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, and Workfront Fusion.

Travel: This position may require approximately 30-40% travel.

Compensation & Benefits: The OTE for this role is $240,000 - $300,000, based on experience and results. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, PTO, and more. For details, visit our careers page.
