This role is responsible for driving client growth, leading integrated teams, and ensuring the agency delivers bold, effective work that performs. Account Directors serve as senior client partners, internal business leaders, and champions of work that moves brands forward.

You’ll oversee account health across strategy, execution, financial performance, and team leadership—bringing focus, momentum, and accountability to both client relationships and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

You build trusted partnerships and help clients navigate what's next.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market dynamics
  • Translate business challenges into clear strategic direction and actionable opportunities
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities across accounts
  • Lead high-impact client conversations with confidence, clarity, and sound judgment
  • Anticipate risks, surface challenges early, and guide teams toward solutions
  • Build alignment and trust across client and agency stakeholders
  • Ensure the agency consistently delivers high-quality work and strong client partnership

Creative & Strategic Development

You help teams produce smarter, bolder, more effective work.

  • Partner with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Production teams to shape integrated marketing solutions
  • Guide the development of campaigns and initiatives from brief through execution
  • Champion work that is strategically grounded, creatively ambitious, and built to perform
  • Push teams toward stronger thinking, sharper insights, and more impactful ideas
  • Ensure work aligns with client objectives, brand standards, and business goals
  • Help teams prioritize effectively and maintain momentum across complex initiatives

Business & Operational Leadership

You lead the business behind the work.

  • Oversee the financial health of assigned accounts, including forecasting, scoping, staffing, and revenue management
  • Partner with Account Leadership and Finance to manage profitability and resource planning
  • Ensure scopes of work, budgets, timelines, and staffing plans support both client success and agency sustainability
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational, delivery, or scope-related risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Establish strong working processes that improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard for both the work and the team experience

You create clarity, accountability, and growth for the people around you.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Account Leadership team members
  • Provide clear direction, actionable feedback, and ongoing coaching
  • Help teams navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and solve problems proactively
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments and disciplines
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, curiosity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
  • Support staffing decisions, team development, and long-term growth planning within the department
Requirements
What You’ll Bring

  • Deep understanding of the creative development process and integrated campaign execution
  • Experience managing account financials, forecasting, staffing, and scopes of work
  • Confidence leading senior-level client conversations and presentations
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to align and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
