What You’ll Achieve

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partner agencies to develop integrated, strategic plans.
  • Understand client business, market conditions, and consumer behavior, including macroeconomic factors that influence decision-making.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of CRM technologies and platforms, such as Adobe and Salesforce.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor by providing informed recommendations in CRM, digital experiences, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proactively find opportunities to expand services and drive long-term client growth.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent, transparent communication across levels.
  • Foster alignment with Publicis agencies to support Epsilon’s broader growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain annual account plans for each assigned client.
  • Identify and initiate new project and growth opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead the development of long-term account strategies and contribute to broader industry positioning.
  • Guide storytelling and strategic content creation to support client business goals.
  • Collaborate with business leads to advance active and new high-impact initiatives.
  • Support senior-level relationship building with clients and agency teams.
  • Align Epsilon’s programs to client critical metrics and track performance accordingly.
  • Direct cross-functional teams to complete account strategies and results.
  • Ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets; communicate clearly with internal and client collaborators.
  • Provide ongoing direction and coordination among Strategy, Platform, and Campaign Execution teams.
  • Recognize when to involve domain experts and facilitate their effective contributions.
  • Monitor team output and coach toward continuous improvement and flawless execution.
  • Manage the financial health of client accounts, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Be responsible for project cost management and ensure alignment with client-approved budgets.
  • Support contract negotiation and contribute to margin improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate service delivery and recommend improvements to enhance value and efficiency.
  • Follow up proactively to resolve issues and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • What You’ll Bring With you:
    • A minimum of ten years of strong CRM and Data-driven Marketing Martech Platform experience, with Automotive experience preferred.
    • Demonstrate understanding of the essentials of CRM, digital media and marketing email/SMS/mobile push and digital media channels, campaign planning and management, consumer database and data enablement, consumer experience/journey design, and/or data-driven media experience.
    • A track record of profitable application of SaaS solutions in the loyalty and/or CRM space
    • The ability to drive and/or assist in the steps vital to get various programs launched. Possess strong project management, communication and executional skills.
    • Must possess excellent presentation skills and experience presenting concise and compelling content to client contacts (VP, SVP, C-suite)
    • The ability to drive and/or assist in the steps vital to get various strategies implemented
    • The ability to interface and connect with the client, building a relationship based in trust and respect and becoming a trusted advisor for your client
    • The ability to meet or exceed client expectations in the area of account management and development, industry/category/brand knowledge with a good understanding of industry channels and market conditions
    • Should have high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to function autonomously, while retaining team membership and spirit.

    • Thorough and accurate communication ability
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Base Salary: $122,625 - $204,375

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
