Oil of Olay, Miller Lite, Coca Cola, and Tide are all national brands that collaborate with NielsenIQ to drive their business and grow their portfolios. NielsenIQ provides insights and thought leadership to help clients set pricing strategies, launch new products, and determine what products appear on shelves and online. Our team members are category experts and trusted partners to our clients.

The Account Development Representative understands FMCG and NielsenIQ products and services, recognizing their value to clients. Responsibilities include listening to, discovering, and understanding client needs to identify sales opportunities and leveraging NielsenIQ’s value proposition. Building a strong network internally and externally and collaborating with Analytics to identify leads are key aspects of the role.

Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining strong networks with key client contacts
  • Understanding client businesses and identifying suitable NielsenIQ solutions
  • Demonstrating NielsenIQ solutions to clients
  • Educating clients on industry trends
  • Preparing proposals and pitches, converting opportunities into sales
  • Engaging in consultative sales behaviors and responding to RFPs
  • Delivering revenue targets and managing business planning
  • Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to track sales activities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and information sharing
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
  • Strategic sales and business development skills
  • Experience in FMCG, Consulting, or related industries; BevAl experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate urgency and accountability
