Job summary

Purcell Tire & Service Centers in Utah seeks an Account Data Analyst to track and analyze commercial tire performance for key accounts, creating customer reports and presentations to support sales and customer experiences.

You will build dashboards, analyze trends, gather field data from fleet managers, travel regionally within Utah, and help sales reps present findings during customer visits. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a driver's license is required.

Travel required: Yes, within territory (UTAH).
Driver's license required to support field work and travel.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain account dashboards/reports (performance trends, cost-per-hour/cost-per-mile).
Prepare presentations on account performance and scrap-out findings.
Support sales reps at key accounts - join customer visits, help present findings.
Partner with fleet managers/maintenance leads to gather field data.
Flag trends signaling service opportunities or customer risk.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/tracking system.
Complete hands-on fieldwork at trucking fleets and off-the-road job sites; inspect tires and gather data.
Track tire data: tread wear, hours/miles in service, removal reasons, scrap-out analysis.
