What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist insurance brokers with client service and account management tasks, including proposals, billing, and policy issuance
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Utilize the Agency Management System (Applied Epic) for managing client data and documentation
- Support premium financing processes and handle client billing inquiries
- Participate in special projects and ongoing professional development opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience also considered
- Ability to obtain an insurance license within 3 months of hire
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- High comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
