Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This client-facing role will be responsible for onboarding new partners, managing and nurturing account relationships through the onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless implementation and ongoing use of the Skylight Lending platform. The ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, and excited to work in a startup environment where you can make a direct impact on business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing installer and partner accounts through the onboarding process
  • - Lead onboarding processes for new partners, including product training and systems setup
  • - Guide partners through successful integration of Skylight Lending tools and systems into their sales and operational workflows
  • - Monitor account activity and performance to ensure long-term satisfaction and alignment with service expectations
  • - Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to deliver prompt solutions
  • - Proactively identify opportunities to deepen engagement and optimize account performance
  • - Provide ongoing coaching, support, and training to partners as features evolve
  • - Maintain up-to-date records of partner activity and communications in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • - 0–2 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or related roles
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with customers
  • - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • - Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • - Passion for renewable energy, fintech, and technology-driven solutions
  • - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
