Our goal is to provide creative solutions for national accounts across various industries, sourcing over 500K products to support their daily operations. We are hiring an Account Coordinator for our Commercial sector, focusing on Casino, Entertainment, and Hospitality partners, and another for our Non-Commercial sector, working with Senior Living, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Business & Industry partners. The role involves managing accounts through communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer details, resolving order issues, and facilitating sales and project execution, acting as a liaison to maintain positive relationships and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner Communication: Regularly engage with operators to understand needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Account Management: Maintain customer relationships, track information, and assist senior/account managers in business growth efforts.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including support and logistics, to resolve problems and suggest process improvements.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve order and item issues promptly, delegating as needed.
  • Project Assistance: Support equipment needs and staged order execution.
  • Sample Coordination: Manage sample packages to support category growth and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Escalation: Escalate high-level issues to senior or management as necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and platform features.
