Our team’s overarching goal is to provide creative and effective solutions to the unique needs and challenges of national accounts across Restaurant & Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Higher Education, Senior Living, Casino, B&I, and Entertainment industries as it relates to the sourcing of over 500K products across multiple categories that are required to run their day-to-day operations. We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Commercial sector, growing relationships with our Casino, Entertainment and Hospitality partners as well as one for our Non-Commercial sector, working with Senior Living, Healthcare, Higher Education and Business & Industry partners. This position is responsible for managing accounts by maintaining communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, often working under the direction of an account manager or senior account manager. This includes managing customer details, resolving order & item needs, and facilitating smooth sales and project execution; acting as a liaison between partners and the company to maintain positive relationships and achieve business goals.
