Account Coordinator

At IZEA, we connect the world’s biggest brands with influential creators to craft impactful marketing campaigns. As an Account Coordinator on our Account Management team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting client success, ensuring influencer campaigns run smoothly, and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing.

This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in account management while gaining hands-on experience in client service, project coordination, and digital marketing. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to help execute flawless campaigns and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Industry Learning: Develop a foundational understanding of influencer marketing, client service best practices, and campaign execution.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing timelines, tracking data, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Client Support: Help ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and harmonizing workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand how each department contributes to campaign success.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key metrics, assist with reporting efforts, and contribute to strategic insights for client deliverables.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, marketing, client support, or an administrative role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and client success.
