Position Overview

Joe Vitale - State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive Producer who can identify opportunities and convert leads into lasting customer relationships. As our Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, assess their needs, and promote products that provide value.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish and maintain customer relationships, with follow-up as needed.
  2. Recommend, explain, and sell insurance policies to both cold and warm leads using your knowledge of State Farm products.
  3. Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
  4. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
