Role Description

As an account associate for Trevor Pinkston State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities

• Quote and acquire new business, primarily by working leads paid for by the agency.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• This position is entry level; no prior experience is required.

Licensing

• Insurance licensing is required only after the initial job offer and acceptance.
• $1,000 sign‑on bonus once licensing is completed.

Compensation

• This position pays a flat hourly base.
• Any commission earned is in addition to bonuses and your base pay.
