Qualities of a Rainmaker:
This is a great opportunity to grow with a small business, become an active part of a community, build your professional and personal skills, and potentially become an agency owner.
Insurance experience is not required. Must be coachable and willing to become licensed.
Compensation includes hourly pay plus commission, PTO, paid holidays, Monday–Friday schedule, and licensing and training reimbursement.
This employment opportunity is with a State Farm agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance companies, and requires successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
