Job summary

Tommy Lizzi - State Farm Agent is seeking a part-time Account Associate to join a local Brownsburg office. You will help customers understand insurance options through a needs-based review and assist with lead development, appointment scheduling, and product recommendations.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive flexible hours and the potential for advancement within the agency while contributing to clients' financial protection and peace of mind in daily life.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to learn computer functions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
