Denton Benton-based State Farm agency led by Dennia Beard is hiring an Account Associate to support daily operations and grow the customer base. You will assist customers with coverage options, schedule onboarding, and help drive sales in a collaborative team environment.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong customer service, and the ability to close on Auto, Home, Life, and related insurance products. This is a full-time, on-site position in Benton, AR.

Formación

• Sales experience or aptitude is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with potential and new customers through proactive outreach and excellent service.
• Generate new business via referrals, leads, and customer conversations.
• Conduct onboarding to educate customers on coverage options and identify protection gaps.
• Quote, present and close Auto, Home, Life and other insurance products.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly production targets.
• Follow established sales processes to maximize conversations and conversions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in agency systems.
• Collaborate with team to deliver an outstanding customer experience from first contact to policy issuance.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and integrity.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and our agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and competitive desire to win.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
• Property and Casualty license required. Life and Health license preferred.
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
