Job Description

Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid)

Role Overview

The Account Associate II supports the CCT Regulatory Services team. This department manages various products and services across CCT, aiming to enhance control, improve processes, and provide consistent or tailored services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete assigned tasks for SEC reporting processes, including managing Issuer shelves, communicating with Issuers and counsel, and submitting filings to the SEC.
2. Perform regulatory reporting for monthly and quarterly processes.
3. Review governing documents for Reg AB requirements and ensure accurate system setup.
4. Review compliance packages and communicate with servicers to meet compliance requirements.
5. Assist with special projects and ad hoc team requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in trust, customer service, regulatory reporting, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
