What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers via outbound calls using our auto‑dial system.
• Set up payment plans for early delinquent accounts and help customers get back on track.
• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly, professional support.
• Use communication skills and empathy to find fair, personalized solutions.
• Follow company guidelines to ensure every interaction is handled properly.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals.
• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing service and collection needs.
