Title: Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Remote: Florida Residents only | Based out of Longwood, FL | Book Focus: Construction

About the Role:

Assist the account team with administrative tasks, customer service, and meeting performance standards related to production and quality. Ensure accuracy to avoid liability. Handle routine administrative and customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team and direct daily activities of support staff
• Assist with office tasks and administration
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, policy releases, invoices, and other policy-related documents
• Identify billing inaccuracies, review policy forms, prepare submissions, and support workflow processes
• Maintain accurate data in agency systems
• Ensure timely task completion and activity monitoring
• Keep the team informed of workload and issues
• Provide proactive customer service
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Participate in team building and promote a positive work environment
• Adopt best practices and stay updated on policies
• Enhance industry knowledge and technical skills
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues and leadership
