TEG Federal Credit Union Hyde Park Branch seeks an Account and Loan Representative to deliver high-quality service and actively grow member relationships.

You will open and maintain accounts, educate members on loan products, and pursue new business through outbound calls and prospecting, while supporting daily branch operations with professionalism and a member-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of job-related experience in credit union or banking environments.
• Track record of building strong customer/member relationships.
• Familiarity with consumer lending and account services.
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
• A self-starter mindset — driven to achieve goals and improve every day.
• Willingness to stretch beyond comfort zones, own results, and support team success.

Responsibilities

Full-Time | $21.00 – $25.00/hour based on experience, plus eligible to receive incentives paid monthly of $3,000+ annually.

Your Role:

As an Account and Loan Representative, you’ll play a dual role: providing personalized, high-quality service to members while actively identifying and pursuing new business. You’ll uncover member needs, offer tailored financial solutions, and take initiative to prospect, generate leads, and follow up— helping individuals achieve their goals while advancing TEG’s mission.
