  • INTERNAL APPLICANTS: OPEN UNTIL FILLED
  • Wages: Entry level rate $16.81/hr; Current employees in the bargaining unit should refer to the salary schedule established by the applicable bargaining group.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Read and accompany vocal groups during rehearsals and performances, including open score choral literature.
  • Play, read, and learn new music fluently.
  • Travel to performances out of the building may be required.
  • Assist with Choral Library maintenance.
  • Help maintain a positive school climate and relate effectively to students.
  • Collaborate with administration, teachers, and staff.
  • Be organized and familiar with emergency and security procedures.
  • Work flexible hours beyond the school day, including evenings and weekends, with advance notice.
  • Build rapport with culturally diverse students and support Davenport’s MTSS for behavior and academics.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Support the school's initiatives and policies.
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift fifty pounds, walk extended distances, and work with young children in various physical positions. Must be able to navigate the building and campus daily.

Special Qualifications

Ability to play piano for extended periods and work with high school students. Other duties as assigned.
