About The Role

We are seeking a Manager or Supervisor to oversee property management and accommodation operations for high-end properties in Niseko. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including owner communication in both Japanese and English, team leadership, and day-to-day oversight of accommodation and property management operations. You will work closely with domestic and international guests, property owners, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, making this a truly international working environment in Japan. We offer 120 days off per year. While overtime may be required during busy periods, the team is able to coordinate schedules during quieter seasons, allowing for extended time off when possible. Located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Niseko, this role offers the opportunity to develop professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, make decisions independently, and lead the team in a practical and positive way. Because we are a small to mid-sized team, individual opinions and ideas are valued, and you will be able to make use of your experience and strengths in a hands‑on working environment. The scope of the role can be adjusted depending on your experience, skills, and interests. You do not need to be able to cover every area from the beginning. About You
  • Bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Management experience in the hospitality industry
  • Valid driver’s license, Winter driving on snowy roads and transportation duties may be required.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting procedures
  • Ability to multitask and manage several duties at the same time
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Travel Services Manager certification preferred
Offer
Remuneration
  • Monthly Salary: ¥300,000–¥360,000 Determined based on experience and ability.
  • Salary During Probationary Period: ¥280,000–¥340,000 per month
  • Bonus: Twice a year (Each bonus is generally equivalent to one month’s salary and may vary depending on company and individual performance.)
Employment Type and Working Hours
  • Full-time employee
  • 6-month probationary period
  • Full social insurance coverage
  • Days Off: Two days off per week on a shift basis; holidays equivalent to weekends and public holidays; approximately 120 days off per year.
  • Paid Leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment; thereafter granted in accordance with Japanese labor laws
  • Working Hours: Shift-based schedule, generally between 9:00–18:00 in summer and 8:00–20:00 in winter. ※Working hours may vary depending on check-ins/check-outs and operational requirements. ※Standard working hours are 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
  • During some peak times of year, additional work may be requested.(overtime pay provided separately)
