Taiga Co., Ltd.
New
2026-06-10
Established in 2008, Taiga offers a comprehensive range of services in Niseko, including accommodation management, real estate sales, design, project management, and ongoing property management support.
We are looking for someone who is eager to grow, brings energy and curiosity to their work, and is ready to contribute to a professional and motivated team.
We are seeking a Manager or Supervisor to oversee property management and accommodation operations for high-end properties in Niseko. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including owner communication in both Japanese and English, team leadership, and day-to-day oversight of accommodation and property management operations. You will work closely with domestic and international guests, property owners, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, making this a truly international working environment in Japan. We offer 120 days off per year. While overtime may be required during busy periods, the team is able to coordinate schedules during quieter seasons, allowing for extended time off when possible. Located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Niseko, this role offers the opportunity to develop professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, make decisions independently, and lead the team in a practical and positive way. Because we are a small to mid-sized team, individual opinions and ideas are valued, and you will be able to make use of your experience and strengths in a hands‑on working environment. The scope of the role can be adjusted depending on your experience, skills, and interests. You do not need to be able to cover every area from the beginning. If you are keen to build on your existing experience while taking on new challenges, we would be happy to hear from you.
