University of Georgia in Athens is seeking an Accommodated Testing Assistant to support the Accessibility and Testing office. You will close the office each evening, assist with exam preparation, coordinate schedules with students, and plan ahead for future test days, while maintaining high levels of customer service.

The role works with students, faculty, and staff to meet accommodation needs, reporting to the Senior Assistant Director of Accommodated Testing and Alternative Formats.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with databases, scheduling software and proctoring is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Close the Accommodated Testing Office and supervise student staff/proctors.
• Plan future exam schedules and coordinate with faculty for accommodations.
• Communicate with students, faculty and staff about exam schedules and accommodations.
• Assist during peak testing times and front desk coverage.
