Extreme Auto Design in Muscle Shoals, AL is seeking a dependable Accessory Inventory Specialist/Technician Assistant to help manage parts inventory and support our service department. Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive parts inventory, parts sales, or a dealership environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate parts inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with timely replenishment.
• Receive and check in incoming parts shipments, verifying accuracy and quality before stocking inventory or staging parts for technicians.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the parts room and service shop.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to locate and deliver parts needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with identifying inventory discrepancies and obsolete parts.
• Assist customers with parts inquiries, recommend appropriate parts and accessories, and process transactions accurately.
• Deliver parts to technicians throughout the service department to help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist senior technicians with vehicle repairs, equipment installations, and other shop projects under supervision.
• Perform basic automotive maintenance and service tasks under the guidance of experienced technicians.
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping both our parts inventory and service operations running efficiently.
